The result of a tender for fifteen under-30 creative young people financed by the Space Tor Pignattara project, Herbarium is a document of cultural richness and of the integration between different ethnic perspectives within the same neighborhood. The conceptual substrate is the kitchen, a highly porous melting point: the work stages vegetable ingredients from different countries of the world as exceptional cultural actors. Also noteworthy is the Latin caption that identifies each element, a choice that derives from the intention not to privilege a specific language and the consequent particularism.
